Strategically placed sites are available both in the outskirts of Skänninge and close to the railway that passes through. The traffic flow on the interstate road 32 is relatively large with 8 000 vehicles passing by on an average day. A commuter railway station is planned to open in 2012 which those commuting to Motala, Mjölby, Tranås or Linköping will benefit from.
Internet is available via ADSL or fibre. The sites have access to water and drainage through the municipal systems, and district heating as available.
