Support and care of the functionally impaired
The goal of community care of people with physical or mental functional disabilities is to allow everyone to live a normal, independent life. Home help and day centre activities are available. For thoose with considerable and permanent functional disabilities, it can be possible to get special support, such as counselling, personal assistance, companion service, personal contact, relief service in the home, short stay-aways from home, short period of supervision for schoolchildren over the age of 12, living in homes with special service and daily activities.
